45号钢是难于辉光离子氮化的钢种,多年来采用与合金钢(20Cr、20CrMnTi)几乎相同的氮化工艺,存在氮化层较浅、耐磨性较差的缺点。 本文针对45号钢辉光离子氮化存在的上述不足,通过实验和生产实践,探讨了45号钢辉光离子氮化的合理工艺及其影响因素。认为氮化温度提高到580—600℃,并且定期(每使用液氨达700小时以上时)更换液氨,可以收到较满意的效果,氮化质量基本达到20Cr、20CrMnTi合金钢的氮化质量要求。
45 steel is difficult to glow ion nitrided steel, and alloy steel (20Cr, 20CrMnTi) for many years with almost the same nitriding process, there is a shallow nitride layer, the shortcomings of poor wear resistance. In this paper, in order to solve the above problems of glow ion nitriding of steel 45, the reasonable process and influencing factors of glow ion nitridation of steel 45 were discussed through experiments and production practices. It is considered that the nitriding temperature is raised to 580-600 ℃, and the liquid ammonia is replaced periodically (every time when using liquid ammonia for more than 700 hours), satisfactory results can be obtained. The nitrided quality basically reaches 20Cr, the nitrided quality of 20CrMnTi alloy steel Claim.
