本文提出采用三波段波谱对比法研究车削表面问题。通过对超声振动车削和普通车削表面的对此分析得出:振动车削之所以能够大幅度降低表面粗糙度,其原因在于它对一些主要影响因素均有减轻作用。这一特点决定了加工工艺在有色金属、软金属,以及只能低速车削的零件加工中,具有特殊的意义。本文还为进一步提高振动车削效果提出了相应的措施。
In this paper, we propose a three-band spectroscopic comparison method to study the turning surface problem. Through the analysis of the ultrasonic vibration turning and the ordinary turning surface, it is concluded that the reason why the vibration turning can significantly reduce the surface roughness is that it can alleviate some major influencing factors. This feature determines the processing of non-ferrous metals, soft metals, and only low-speed turning parts processing, with special significance. This article also put forward corresponding measures for further improving the vibration turning effect.
