教育的发展离不开高素质的教师,教师自身的道德行为具有教化和示范作用,其人生观、价值观直接作用于学生内心世界,并对学生、家庭乃至整个社会起着潜移默化的影响。随着高校的扩招,普通高中人数的增加,青年教师已成为普通高中教师队伍的中坚力量。然而,近几年青年教师在职业道德方面暴露出越来越多的问题,目前已成为教师问题中的焦点。
The development of education is inseparable from the high-quality teachers. Teachers’ own moral behavior has the function of enlightenment and demonstration. Their outlook on life and values play a direct role in the inner world of students and exert a subtle influence on students, families and society as a whole. With enrollment expansion in universities and an increase in the number of ordinary senior high schools, young teachers have become the backbone of ordinary high school teachers. However, in recent years, young teachers have exposed more and more problems in terms of professional ethics and have now become the focus of teachers’ issues.
