目的 :用旋光法测定注射用头孢唑林钠的含量。方法 :以磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH7.0 )及水为溶剂 ,旋光度测定法。结果 :在 5~ 2 5mg·ml-1的头孢唑林浓度范围内 ,浓度与旋光度呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为 :C =6 4 .5 16 1a - 0 .970 7,相关系数r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 99.4 % ,变异系数RSD =1.0 1%。结论 :方法简便 ,快速准确
Objective: To determine the content of cefazolin sodium for injection by polarimetry. Methods: Phenyl phosphate buffer (pH7.0) and water as solvent, optical rotation method. Results: In the concentration range of 5 ~ 25mg · ml-1 cefazolin, the concentration and optical rotation showed a good linear relationship, the regression equation was: C = 6 4 .5 16 1a - 0 .970 7, the correlation coefficient r = 0 .9996, the average recovery was 99.4%, coefficient of variation RSD = 1.0 1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate
