2010年12月26日,国务院新闻办公室发表《中国的医疗卫生事业》白皮书。卫生部党组书记、副部长张茅在新闻发布会上说,此次是中国政府首次就医疗卫生事业发布白皮书,目的是全面客观地介绍医药卫生改革发展情况,展示中国重视和改善民生的政策措施,进一步增进国际社会对中国医药卫生事业的了解和支持。白皮书由前言、正文、结束语三部分组成。前言部分说,中国政府努力发展具有中国特色的医疗卫生事业,深化医药卫生体制改革,人民群众健康水平明显改善。正文部分
