一、尊重学生个性,恰当使用赏识教育俗话说:“好孩子是夸出来的。”这句名言一直备受一线教师的推崇。因此,为了体现尊重学生个性,很多教师一味地迁就学生,为了鼓励学生,教师违心或过分夸张地对学生进行褒奖;一堂课中,全是“你真棒、你真能干、你真会动脑筋、你太聪明了、你简直就是小画家……”对学生的回答或者活动不假思索,就一连串的夸奖和表扬,或者全班学生掌声雷鸣……这样搞得课堂上热热闹闹,学生是否真正理解或学到了知识呢?可能不一定。其实,这样滥用赏识
