如何在矿山企业开展安全风险分级管控,排查、辨识、评估、控制安全风险,建立安全风险分级管控体系,落实风险管控责任,采取有效措施控制重大安全风险,并对矿山企业风险点实施标准化管控;构建形成点、线、面有机结合,实现标准化、信息化的风险分级管控体系,提升企业本质安全生产水平。全面系统理解、准确把握安全风险分级管控体系建设的相关概念、内涵及逻辑关系,该工作属于创新性工作,可供借鉴的研究理论、实践经验较少。
How to carry out risk risk control at different levels in mining enterprises, to check, identify, assess and control safety risks, to establish a safety risk classification control system, to implement risk management and control responsibilities, to take effective measures to control major safety risks and to implement standardized management and control of risk points in mining enterprises; Build a combination of points, lines and planes to achieve a standardized and informative risk management and control system to enhance the level of essential safety and production of enterprises. Comprehensively and systematically understand and accurately grasp the related concepts, connotations and logical relations of the construction of safety risk classification control system. This work belongs to the innovative work and the research theories for reference, with little practical experience.
