通过分析振动筛的特点和电气控制要求,采用PLC控制技术对振动筛的变频调速电机进行控制,阐述软件和硬件设计方法和实施方案,实现振动筛在基频、低频、中频、高频等工作频率的自动化控制;在振动筛停车时,通过PLC控制电机反接制动,快速跳过共振区,减少大幅振动引起的各种失效和破坏,延长振动筛的工作寿命,提高工作效率和可靠性。
