目的:探讨AAS法测定亳白芍水提液中Fe、Mn、Zn元素含量的可行性及准确性。方法:采用索氏提取法处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定亳白芍水提液中Fe、Mn、Zn元素的含量。结果:亳白芍水提液中含有Fe、Mn、Zn等微量元素,线性范围(μg.mL-1):Fe 1.000~9.000,Zn 0.500~4.000,Mn 0.400~4.000;平均回收率:Fe 101.4%,Zn 101.4%,Mn 107.5%;相对标准偏差(RSD):Fe 4.31%,Zn 5.22%,Mn 2.79%。结论:亳白芍中含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素。该测定方法简便,精密度及重复性均较好。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of the determination of Fe, Mn, and Zn in Aqueous Extracts of Acipenser chinensis by AAS. Methods: The samples were treated with Soxhlet extraction and the contents of Fe, Mn, and Zn in the extracts of Radix Paeoniae Alba were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. RESULTS: The trace amounts of Fe, Mn, Zn and other trace elements in the water extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba were linear range (μg.mL-1): Fe 1.000-9.000, Zn 0.500-4.000, Mn 0.400-4.000, and the average recovery rate was Fe 101.4. %, Zn 101.4%, Mn 107.5%; Relative standard deviation (RSD): Fe 4.31%, Zn 5.22%, Mn 2.79%. Conclusion: There are abundant trace elements beneficial to the human body in the white peony. The method is simple, accurate and repeatable.
