少数民族学生的就业问题事关社会的和谐和高校校园的安全稳定,当前出现的少数民族毕业生就业难的问题与其思想道德素质、就业意识有关,更大程度上与高校的就业指导和毕业生本身缺乏就业竞争力息息相关。本文以我国高校少数民族毕业生为例,分析了我国高校少数民族学生就业面临的现状及其存在的问题,并探讨了如何创新我国高校少数民族学生的就业指导,通过引导、教育,全面提升少数民族毕业生就业竞争力,促进毕业生顺利就业、实现高质量的就业。
