国有企业改革经历了三十多年的风雨之路,在取得显著成绩的同时仍存在着众多问题,很多是传统经济学理论及方法所难以解决的。究其根源,很大程度上在于缺乏对行为人心理层面的重视及研究,而行为经济学则有助于弥补这一缺陷。因此,有必要从行为经济学这一崭新的视角来剖析国有企业改革问题,认清改革过程中的禀赋效应、沉淀成本效应及公平问题,并采取适当的措施来弥补这些认知失调与偏差。
The reform of state-owned enterprises has undergone a stormy course of more than three decades and there are still many problems at the same time that remarkable achievements have been made, many of which are difficult to be solved by traditional economic theories and methods. The reason for this is largely due to the lack of attention and research on the psychological aspects of the perpetrator. Behavioral economics helps to remedy this shortcoming. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reform of state-owned enterprises from a brand-new perspective of behavioral economics, recognize the endowment effect, precipitation cost effect and equity in the process of reform, and take appropriate measures to make up for these cognitive disorders and deviations.
