本文研究B细胞标志表达的相互关系,明确它们的表达是否协调地发生变化抑或彼此无关,阐明何种标志的表达能更可靠地反映正常和病理情况下B 细胞的真正数量。作者共观察1~17岁不同类型免疫缺陷综合征患儿84例,自身免疫病5例,健康人30例。所用单抗有抗CD_2、CD_(19)和CD_(22)抗原的Leu5b、Leu12、Leu14,以及作者所制备的ЛБ21、ЛБ21a、3F3和ЛДР。单抗ЛБ21、ЛБ21a 可与CD_(21)抗原不同部位结合,而ЛДР则能和HLAⅡ类分子单一决定
This article studies the relationship between B cell marker expression, whether their expression is coordinated or not, and clarifies which marker expression more reliably reflects the true number of B cells under normal and pathological conditions. The authors observed in children aged 1 to 17 different types of immunodeficiency syndrome in 84 cases, 5 cases of autoimmune diseases, 30 healthy people. The McAbs used were Leu5b, Leu12 and Leu14 with anti-CD_2, CD_ (19) and CD_ (22) antigens, and ЛБ21, ЛБ21a, 3F3 and ЛДР which were prepared by the authors. Monoclonal antibodies ЛБ21, ЛБ21a and CD_ (21) antigen binding to different parts, and ЛДР and HLA class II molecules can be a single decision
