钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间寄主。室内试验:Steinernema glaseri(格氏线虫),S.feltiae,S.bibionis,Heterorhabditis heliothidis和H.heliothidis T327五种线虫均能侵染和杀死钉螺。对格氏线虫作了进一步研究,每平方厘米土面用格氏线虫300、200和100条,钉螺死亡率分别为97.5%、92%和47%,死亡率与格氏线虫用量成正比。线虫能在螺体大量增殖,死螺体内的线虫,一周繁殖总数,可增长14.5~68.9%。线虫繁殖力强,对人畜安全,可能是一条有希望的生物防治钉螺的新途径。
Snail is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum. In-house tests: Steinernema glaseri, S.feltiae, S.bibionis, Heterorhabditis heliothidis, and H.heliothidis T327 all infect and kill Oncomelania. For further study on C. grisea, the mortality rates of Oncomelania snails were 97.5%, 92% and 47%, respectively, using 300, 200 and 100 Germline nematodes per square centimeter. Nematodes can be a large number of spirochaete proliferation, dead spiral worms within the body, the total number of breeding week can be increased 14.5 ~ 68.9%. Nematode fertility, human and animal safety, may be a promising biological control snails a new way.
