研究使用粉末冶金法制备铝铜烧结含油轴承,以铜含量为7.5%的铝铜混合粉末为基,首先添加硅元素,研究了硅含量对烧结体性能的影响,然后在Al-Cu-Si成分的基础上添加镁元素,得到Al-Cu-Si-Mg合金烧结体,研究了镁元素对该烧结体性能的影响。结果表明,当基体中的硅含量为1.0%,镁含量为2.0%时,可制备出良好综合性能的铝铜含油轴承。
This paper studies the preparation of Al-Cu sintered oil-bearing by powder metallurgy. Based on Al-Cu mixed powder with 7.5% Cu content, silicon is first added to study the influence of silicon content on the properties of the sintered body. Based on the addition of magnesium, get Al-Cu-Si-Mg alloy sintered body, the effect of magnesium on the sintered body performance. The results show that when the silicon content in the matrix is 1.0% and the magnesium content is 2.0%, the aluminum-copper bearing with good overall performance can be prepared.
