本文报道了1990～1991年汕头口岸出国三月以上人员1707人的艾滋病监测情况并进行了分析。监测结果检出6例艾滋病病毒感染者,均为去泰国探亲回归人员。并立即对感染者进行流行病学调查,对感染者的配偶进行血清学追踪调查,三个月后,发现其中1例感染者的配偶抗-HIV阳性。笔者认为,加强对去泰国探亲的回归人员的艾滋病监测管理工作,是目前卫生检疫机关一项刻不容缓的任务。
This article reports on the surveillance of AIDS among 1,707 people who went abroad from March to September at Shantou Port from 1990 to 1991 and conducted an analysis. The monitoring results detected 6 cases of HIV-infected persons, all of whom returned to Thailand to visit relatives. An epidemiological survey was conducted immediately on the infected persons. A serological follow-up survey was conducted on the spouses of the infected persons. Three months later, one of the spouses was found to be anti-HIV positive. The author believes that strengthening the HIV / AIDS monitoring and management work on the returnees going to Thailand to visit relatives is now an urgent task for the health and quarantine authorities.
