目的探讨肠内营养剂(EN)对肺癌合并肺炎患者营养指标和免疫力的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年8月间聊城市人民医院肿瘤科确诊为肺癌合并肺炎的90例患者,采用随机数字表法分为EN组和对照组,每组45例。治疗肺炎期间,EN组患者采用EN 200~320 g,对照组患者未采用营养干预,2周后比较两组患者治疗前后营养指标、细胞免疫和体液免疫指标的变化情况。结果治疗2周后,EN组患者营养指标较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CD8+无明显变化。EN组患者的Ig G、Ig A和Ig M水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肠内营养可显著提高肺癌合并肺炎患者的营养状况和免疫力。
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition (EN) on nutritional parameters and immunity in patients with lung cancer complicated with pneumonia. Methods Ninety patients diagnosed as lung cancer with pneumonia in Liaocheng People’s Hospital from January 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into EN group and control group with 45 cases in each group. During the treatment of pneumonia, patients in EN group were treated with EN 200-320 g, while those in control group were not given nutritional intervention. Changes in nutritional indexes, cellular immunity and humoral immunity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the nutritional indexes of patients in EN group were not significantly different from those before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and NK cells in EN group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) CD8 + no significant change. The levels of Ig G, Ig A and Ig M in EN group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition can significantly improve the nutritional status and immunity of patients with lung cancer complicated with pneumonia.
