对珠江三角洲地区珠海、中山、江门等地露地种植的奶白菜、菠菜、菜心、西洋菜、芥兰、茼蒿和玻璃生菜等 7种叶菜类蔬菜硝酸盐 (NO3- )含量的分析结果表明 ,7个叶菜品种的硝酸盐含量都在1 2 0 0mg/kg以上 ,超过叶菜类蔬菜硝酸盐安全限量标准。同时 ,还探讨了导致珠江三角洲地区叶菜类蔬菜硝酸盐含量超标的原因以及降低硝酸盐含量的对策。
