目的 研究中药接骨丸对肾虚骨折愈合的治疗作用。方法 2 4只种兔造成桡骨中段0 7cm缺损并分成三组 ,对照组和用药组用强的松造成家兔肾虚模型 ,空白组不用激素。用药组口服中药接骨丸 ,另两组自然饮食 ,术后第 3、6周取材 ,观察中药接骨丸对肾虚模型动物骨折修复的影响。结果 对照组动物骨痂修复指标均低于空白组和用药组 ,中药接骨丸有拮抗强的松、抑制骨折修复的作用 ,表现在实验组动物的修复骨痂的骨矿含量、骨密度、骨痂钙、磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均高于对照组(P <0 0 5 ) ,血液粘度低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 中药接骨丸对肾虚性骨折的愈合修复有明显的促进作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jiegu Pill on fracture healing of kidney deficiency. METHODS: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups and they were divided into three groups. The control group and the medication group used prednisone to induce the rabbit kidney deficiency model. The blank group did not use hormones. Oral Chinese medicine Jiegu Pill was administered to the medication group and natural diets were taken in the other two groups. The materials were taken at the 3rd and 6th weeks after operation to observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Jiegu Pill on the fracture repair of kidney deficiency model animals. Results The repair index of the callus of the control group was lower than that of the blank group and the drug group. The traditional Chinese medicine Jiegu Pill had the effect of antagonizing prednisone and inhibiting the fracture repair. It was demonstrated in the bone mineral content, bone density, and bone of the repaired callus of the experimental animals. The calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase activities of sputum were higher than those of the control group (P <0 05), and the blood viscosity was lower than that of the control group (P <0 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Jiegu Pills can significantly promote the healing of kidney-deficient fractures.
