新建一套以CAHN2000型电子微量记录天平为核心的流动式热重反应装置,并应用该装置进行工业微球分子筛裂化催化剂CRC-1再生动力学研究。结果表明,温度在500~600℃、常压下氧浓度为10%~15.2%的反应条件下,再生反应在动力学区进行,焦炭燃烧速度与催化剂上焦炭含量和氧分压均成一级反应关系;由异丙苯或甲基环已烷生成的焦炭具有基本相同的燃烧性能。该装置具有灵敏度高、准确性好、操作简便等优点,可用于催化剂方面的多种研究。
A new flow-type thermogravimetry reactor with CAHN2000-type electronic micro-logging scale as the core was built. The kinetics of CRC-1 regeneration by molecular sieve cracking catalyst was studied. The results showed that the regeneration reaction was carried out in the kinetic region under the reaction conditions of 500-600 ℃ and 10-15% oxygen at atmospheric pressure. The coke combustion rate was in first order reaction with the coke content and oxygen partial pressure Coke produced from cumene or methylcyclohexane has substantially the same combustion performance. The device has the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy and easy operation, and can be used for various research on catalysts.
