目的探讨颈总动脉交感神经网剥脱术后脑瘫患儿脑电图及TCD监测指标的改变,分析脑功能及脑血流的变化。方法选取脑瘫患儿132例,采用随机数字表法随机分成试验组(66例)和对照组(66例),对照组仅给予常规康复治疗,试验组在常规康复治疗的基础上实施颈总动脉交感神经网剥脱术。在治疗1个月及3个月后,分别测定患儿的脑电图及大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)和大脑后动脉(PCA)的血流变化。结果两组患儿治疗前脑电图及大脑ACA、MCA、PCA血流的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患儿治疗1个月及3个月后的脑电图及大脑ACA、MCA、PCA的血流明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施颈总动脉交感神经网剥脱术,可改善脑瘫患儿的脑功能,增强治疗效果,并提高脑瘫患儿脑内血流,改善其脑部血液循环。
Objective To investigate the changes of EEG and TCD in children with cerebral palsy after carotid artery sympathetic nerve network exfoliation and to analyze the changes of brain function and cerebral blood flow. Methods A total of 132 children with cerebral palsy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (66 cases) and control group (66 cases) by random number table. The control group was given routine rehabilitation only. The experimental group received common carotid artery Sympathetic nerve network exfoliation. After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the changes of EEG, blood flow of anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) were measured in children. Results There was no significant difference in EEG, brain ACA, MCA and PCA before treatment in both groups (P> 0.05). The blood flow of EAC, MCA and PCA of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05) after treatment for 1 month and 3 months. Conclusion The implementation of common carotid artery sympathetic net stripping can improve brain function in children with cerebral palsy, enhance the therapeutic effect, and improve cerebral blood flow in children with cerebral palsy and improve their cerebral blood circulation.
