以AZ31B薄板为研究对象,建立多点弯曲成形的有限元模型,再以韧性损伤值作为弯裂的表征指标,采用线性插值数学模型计算出有限元模型中最小相对弯曲半径,得出薄板厚度变化对AZ31B镁板弯曲极限大小的影响规律。
Taking the AZ31B sheet as the research object, the multi-point bending forming finite element model was established, and then the ductile damage value was taken as the characterization of bending crack. The linear interpolation mathematical model was used to calculate the minimum relative bending radius in the finite element model. Effect on the bending limit of AZ31B magnesium plate.
