利用可调谐激光光谱技术检测气体浓度时,在气体浓度较高或气体吸收路径较长的情况下,用简单的线性关系逼近朗伯一比尔定律的指数关系,会造成较大的误差,甚至错误的结果。在不改变气体吸收光路长度的前提下,采用分段线性插值和谐波分析的方法,将浓度范围为0~100%的气体,每隔5%划分为一个子区间,在各个子区间内采用不同的比例系数,从而可以很好地逼近理论曲线,并可以消除光强波动等因素的影响,大大提高系统的检测精度。
