采用模型试验在动水条件下对光滑和粗糙的单一裂隙注浆进行了对比研究,分析了光滑和粗糙裂隙在动水注浆过程中的渗流压力、流出液体重量、浆液扩散半径和扩散面积的变化规律。结果表明,渗流压力与裂隙的粗糙度成正比,随裂隙粗糙度的增加而增大;粗糙的裂隙有利于浆液沿逆水流和垂直水流方向扩散但不利于浆液沿顺水流方向扩散;粗糙的裂隙有利于防止被动水冲刷从而达到更好的注浆堵水效果;为了达到理想的注浆堵水效果,在裂隙光滑时应该调节浆液配比缩短浆液的凝胶时间。本文研究结果对根据不同的裂隙粗糙度调整注浆工艺有指导作用。
The model test was used to compare the smooth and rough single fracture grouting under the condition of moving water. The seepage pressure, the weight of the liquid flowing out, the diffusion radius and the diffusion area of the slurry during the dynamic water grouting were analyzed. The law of change. The results show that the seepage pressure is proportional to the roughness of the fracture and increases with the increase of the fracture roughness. The rough fracture is favorable for the slurry to diffuse along the counter-flow and the vertical flow but not conducive to the dispersion of the slurry along the flow. In order to achieve the ideal grouting water blocking effect, when the cracks are smooth, the slurry ratio should be adjusted to shorten the gel time of the slurry. The results of this paper are helpful to adjust the grouting process according to different fracture roughness.
