针对和谐系列5种大功率货运电力机车所用的3种结构的橡胶牵引球铰,进行了基于使用工况、有效承载尺寸、橡胶应力应变状态、疲劳试验及实际装车运用结果等5个方面进行论述,得出了重载机车橡胶牵引球铰设计的相关经验和结论,并对今后类似牵引球铰的设计提出了建议。出于运行可靠性的考虑,应给予牵引球铰足够的空间尺寸,以避免过小的有效承载尺寸对产品疲劳性能造成不利影响。
According to the three kinds of rubber towing ball joints used in the series of five high-power freight electric locomotives of Harmony series, five aspects of working conditions, effective bearing size, rubber stress-strain status, fatigue test and actual loading results were carried out The paper draws the relevant experience and conclusion of rubber traction ball joint design for heavy-duty locomotives and puts forward some suggestions for the design of similar traction ball joints in the future. For reasons of operational reliability, adequate space should be given to the towing ball joint to avoid adverse effects on the fatigue performance of the product due to the small effective bearing size.
