针对精确化保障的需要,建立了远洋条件下确定直升机机械系统最佳预防性维修周期的多指标决策模型,在求得各主要指标下的最佳周期后,决策者根据作业要求的侧重,采用层次分析法,得到各指标的主观权重,来确定多目标综合最佳预防性维修周期,并结合案例,介绍了该方法在预防性维修周期决策中的应用。
In view of the need of accurate guarantee, a multi-index decision-making model for determining the optimal preventive maintenance cycle of helicopter mechanical system under ocean-going conditions was established. After obtaining the optimal cycle under each of the main indicators, the decision-makers focused on the operational requirements and adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the subjective weight of each index is obtained to determine the optimal preventive maintenance cycle with multi-objective and the application of this method in the preventive maintenance cycle decision-making is introduced.
