目的:通过在勃起功能障碍(ED)患者中开展球海绵体肌反射(BCR)、坐骨海绵体肌反射(ICR)及阴部神经体感诱发电位(PSEP)的电生理检测,评价该检查技术的临床意义。方法:232例患者根据临床症状和IIEF-5评分,符合ED的诊断标准,进行BCR、ICR、PSEP检查,另选21例正常自愿受试者作对照。结果:232例患者中电生理检测异常者94例(40.5%),表现为潜伏期延长或提前,提示这些患者属于神经源性ED,可能存在不同程度的马尾神经损伤。结论:BCR、ICR、PSEP检测能较为客观地反映马尾神经的功能状态,为神经源性ED的诊断起到了重要的支持作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of this technique by conducting electrophysiological examination of bulbosocrine muscle reflex (ICR) and mesencephalic nerve somatosensory evoked potential (PSEP) in patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) significance. Methods: According to the clinical symptoms and IIEF-5 scores, 232 patients were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of ED, BCR, ICR and PSEP were examined. 21 normal volunteers were selected as control. Results: Among 232 patients, 94 cases (40.5%) had abnormal electrophysiological examination, which showed that the latent period was prolonged or advanced, suggesting that these patients were neurogenic ED, and there might be some cauda equina injury. Conclusion: The detection of BCR, ICR and PSEP can objectively reflect the functional status of cauda equina, which plays an important role in the diagnosis of neurogenic ED.
