[目的]调查分析一起工作场所发生的加湿器热事件,为今后调查处理此类事件提供经验和依据。[方法]采用病例调查、现场环境调查等现场流行病学调查方法,并结合实验室检测结果进行分析。[结果]同车间共出现32例病例,罹患率为50%,车间配备2台超声波空气加湿器,加湿器的开启与员工发病密切相关。实验室对现场采集的饮用水、加湿器管道水及水箱存水等样品进行了检测,在加湿器水箱存水样品中检出蜡样芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌。2号加湿器内采集的管道水和水箱存水的菌落总数分别达到1 800 cfu/m L和600 cfu/m L,显示存水中滋生有大量细菌。[结论]这一起加湿器热事件是由加湿器中的病原微生物(主要为蜡样芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌)通过水雾传播引起的。
[Objective] To investigate and analyze the humidifier’s heat event occurred in the workplace and provide experience and basis for investigation and treatment of such events in the future. [Methods] The field epidemiological survey methods such as case investigation, field environment survey were used, and the results of laboratory tests were analyzed. [Result] A total of 32 cases occurred in the same workshop, the attack rate was 50%. The workshop was equipped with 2 sets of ultrasonic air humidifiers. The opening of the humidifier was closely related to the incidence of the employees. Laboratory samples of drinking water collected at the scene, humidifier pipeline water and water storage tank were tested, Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in the water sample of the humidifier tank. The total number of colony collected from the water in the pipeline and tank in No. 2 humidifier reached 1 800 cfu / m L and 600 cfu / m L, respectively, indicating that a large number of bacteria were present in the water. [Conclusion] This humidifier heat event was caused by the spread of pathogenic microorganisms in the humidifier (mainly Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) through the water mist.
