中国工业的低碳创新是实现经济发展与碳减排“双赢”的关键支撑,但现实中从低碳效益维度对工业行业创新效率进行分析的研究较少。而实现低碳转型是遏制环境进一步恶化和缓解资源紧缺的现实路径。因此,在低碳经济现实背景下基于传统创新生产函数,构建兼顾经济效益和低碳效益的低碳创新效率,分析其行业差异、动态变化和影响因素尤显必要。研究表明:低碳创新效率与传统创新效率的测度结果显著不同;重工业化进程使传统创新效率提升快于低碳创新效率;近几年中国工业创新活动逐步关注低碳效益;政府支持、市场竞争、企业规模等对低碳创新效率的提升起到积极作用;能耗特征、外商直接投资、国有产权对低碳创新效率的提升起到负面作用。
Low-carbon innovation in China’s industry is the key to achieving “win-win” economic growth and carbon emission reduction. However, in reality, there are few studies on the innovation efficiency of industrial sectors from the perspective of low-carbon efficiency. The realization of a low carbon transition is a realistic way to curb the further deterioration of the environment and ease the scarcity of resources. Therefore, under the background of low-carbon economy, based on the traditional innovative production function, it is necessary to construct a low-carbon innovation efficiency with both economic benefits and low-carbon benefits. It is necessary to analyze its industrial differences, dynamic changes and influencing factors. The results show that the efficiency of low-carbon innovation is significantly different from that of the traditional innovation efficiency. The process of heavy industrialization promotes the efficiency of traditional innovation faster than the efficiency of low-carbon innovation. In recent years, China’s industrial innovation activities have paid close attention to low-carbon benefits. Government support and market competition , Scale of enterprises played an active role in improving the efficiency of low-carbon innovation; energy consumption characteristics, foreign direct investment and state-owned property rights played a negative role in enhancing the efficiency of low-carbon innovation.
