针对轴封、轴承、叶轮圆盘摩擦引起的机械损失及泵内水力损失、容积损失导致超低比转速离心泵效率低的问题,提出了尽可能提高水泵转速、选择较大的叶片出口安放角、增大叶片出口宽度、适度增加泵体喉部面积、采用长短叶片相结合的复合式叶片等5种方法可有效提高超低比转速离心泵效率,并采用试验模拟方法验证了复合式叶轮泵效率(49.49%~54.14%)比4叶片普通叶片泵效率(43.80%)提高了5.69%~10.34%,节能效果显著。
