基于中俄合作不断深化发展、俄罗斯加入世界贸易组织、黑龙江省政府提出加快建设“哈牡绥东对俄贸易加工区”的大背景下,在对牡丹江市各企业进行实地调研以及走访数据的基础上,分析了牡丹江市木材加工业在俄罗斯发展概况,提炼总结了其“跨境连锁加工”模式的新做法以及境外园区建设发展取得的成效,分析了牡丹江市木材加工企业在俄罗斯发展中面临的机遇与挑战,提出了有利于牡丹江市木材产业深化发展的政策,对木材企业发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
