目的:通过观察不同浓度中药消毒剂对口腔硅橡胶印模消毒效果及材料精确度影响,探讨中药消毒剂应用于口腔硅橡胶印模消毒的可行性。方法:选取以ADA(美国牙科协会)推荐的标准模具制成的口腔印模200个,依据印模材料不同分为100个加成型,100个缩合型,每种印模根据使用消毒剂情况随机分为五组:对照组,中药高、中、低剂量组(体积分数分别为10、5、2.5%),戊二醛组(2%)),各组根据试验菌株分为金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌组,计算抑菌率,测量各组印模浸泡前后尺寸稳定性及表面粗糙度。结果:不同印模材料加成型或缩合型在浸泡前后各组尺寸变化及粗糙度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌抑菌率比较:中药高剂量组>中剂量组>戊二醛组>低剂量组,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),中药高剂量组与中剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药消毒剂浸泡口腔硅橡胶印模消毒不影响印模精确度,不同浓度中药消毒剂均可用于口腔硅橡胶印模消毒,可优先考虑采用5%中药消毒剂浸泡消毒30min。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of applying traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant to oral silicon rubber impression-type disinfection by observing the effect of different concentrations of traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant on oral silicon rubber impression-removing disinfection effect and material precision. Methods: 200 dental impressions made by ADA (American Dental Association) standard molds were selected. According to different impression materials, 100 impressions and 100 impressions were obtained. Each imprint was randomly selected according to the use of disinfectants Divided into five groups: control group, high, medium and low dose group (volume fraction of 10,5,2.5%, respectively, glutaraldehyde group (2%)), each group according to the test strains were divided into Staphylococcus aureus And Candida albicans group, the inhibition rate was calculated, and the dimensional stability and surface roughness of each group before and after immersion were measured. Results: There was no significant difference in the dimensional changes and roughness between the different impression materials plus or minus condensation before and after soaking (P> 0.05). The comparison of antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans: Dose group> middle dose group> glutaraldehyde group> low dose group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between high dose group and middle dose group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The disinfection of traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant does not affect the precision of imprinting. The different concentrations of traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant can be used for oral silicon rubber stamping disinfection, and disinfection can be preferentially used for 30min with 5% traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant.
