目的观察人本位护理干预对糖尿病足截肢患者康复的影响。方法分析于2012年3月—2017年3月期间该院接收的60例对糖尿病足截肢患者资料,依据实施护理方案分成2组,各30例;对照组行常规护理,实验组行人本位护理干预,对比2组心理状态及生活质量情况。结果与对照组比较,实验组SAS分、SDS均更低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组物质功能、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能的评分均更高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足截肢患者行人本位护理干预可提高患者康复质量,可被临床推广、应用。
Objective To observe the impact of human-centered nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with diabetic foot amputation. Methods The data of 60 cases of diabetic foot amputation received in the hospital from March 2012 to March 2017 were divided into two groups (30 cases each) according to the nursing plan. The control group received routine nursing intervention and pedestrian nursing intervention , Compared with two groups of psychological status and quality of life. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of physical function, physical function, psychological function and social function in the experimental group were even more High, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pedestrian-based nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot amputation can improve the quality of rehabilitation of patients and can be clinically promoted and applied.
