目的探讨肺结核球的CT表现及其变化对病情的转归的评估价值。方法回顾性分析112例患者肺结核球的CT表现及随访资料。结果肺结核球的CT表现主要为类圆形结节状影伴周围卫星病灶。肺结核球CT表现的变化可提示其是否进展、稳定、复发或恶变。结论肺结核球的CT表现及其变化对病情转归的评估有较高的价值。
Objective To investigate the CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis and their evaluation of the prognosis of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of 112 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis CT findings and follow-up data. Results The CT findings of tuberculosis ball were mainly round nodular shadow with surrounding satellite lesions. Tuberculous CT changes in the performance of the ball can indicate whether the progress, stability, recurrence or malignant transformation. Conclusion The CT findings of tuberculosis ball and its changes are of great value in the assessment of the prognosis of the disease.
