三角皮带的弹性滑动为其计算的主要条件。本文从理论上阐明了三角皮带弹性滑动的概念,并确定了滑动与载荷的数量关系。首先,作者分析了三角皮带各纤维层的速度,由此决定了皮带在带轮上包角的三部分,提出等速线的概念,建立了避免溜滑的条件。分析指出,在不溜滑的条件下,提高三角皮带的承载能力具有很大的潜力。因此,作者认为,应进一步研究三角皮带的寿命和发热。
V-belt’s elastic sliding is the main condition of its calculation. In this paper, the concept of elastic sliding of V-belt is clarified in theory and the relationship between the sliding and the load is established. First of all, the author analyzed the velocity of each layer of the V-belt, which determined the three parts of the wrap angle of the belt on the belt, proposed the concept of the constant velocity line, and established the condition of avoiding slippery. The analysis shows that there is great potential to improve the carrying capacity of the V-belt without slippery. Therefore, the author believes that further study should be carried out on the life and heat of the V-belt.
