公有制是人类社会一种先进的经济制度。然而,我国在公有制的形成和发展过程中,对实现它的具体形式和途径以及速度,都产生了一些“左”的行为,也使人们形成了旧的固有观念,而这些观念已对建立市场经济体制构成障碍。本文试就这个问题谈点浅见,并对克服这些障碍应确立的认识公有制形式的一系列原则略作探讨。(一)无可否认,公有制作为社会主义的典型特征,已被社会接受,它的存在与发展,显示了比私有制更大的优越性,已经和正在推动着中国社会的全面进步。无论遇到什么情况公有制这面旗帜不能丢不能倒。但是,在建立市场经济体制过程中,旧的公有制观念严重地阻碍了市场经济体制的建立。这些旧的(有的是“左”的)公有制观念主要表现在: Public ownership is an advanced economic system in human society.
