目的运用地理信息系统技术,描述三江源地区布鲁氏菌病(布病)的空间分布,研究其空间流行特征。方法建立三江源布病现况调查数据库,采用QHEndem ic-GIS和SPSS 17.0软件统计、分析、制图,以感染率、患病率叠加分析流行特征。结果三江源地区布病现况调查的空间分布特征,与考核期相叠加,囊谦(2.00%/1.03%)、久治(0.81%/0.63%)、达日(0.58%/0.33%)县的患病率明显高于考核期。考核前后相叠加,疫情均有上升之势。结论地理信息系统技术可直观、准确地反映青海省三江源地区布病疫情现状,区域内各县布病疫情呈散发,并向周边县(区)扩散,总体分析显示该地区布病疫情呈回升趋势。
Objective To describe the spatial distribution of brucellosis (brucellosis) in the Three Rivers and to study the spatial characteristics of brucellosis using geographic information system (GIS) techniques. Methods The survey database of the prevalence of brucellosis in Sanjiangyuan County was established. The epidemic characteristics were analyzed by using QHEndem ic-GIS and SPSS 17.0 software to analyze, analyze and map the infection status and prevalence. Results The spatial distribution characteristics of brucellosis in the Three River Source Regions were superimposed with those of the assessment period. There were significant differences between the two groups (P> 0.05) The prevalence was significantly higher than the assessment period. Before and after the assessment stack, the epidemic has risen. Conclusion GIS technology can directly and accurately reflect the current situation of brucellosis in the Three Rivers Region of Qinghai Province. The epidemic of brucellosis spreads in all counties in the region and spread to the surrounding counties (districts). The overall analysis shows that the epidemic of brucellosis in the region has rebounded trend.
