对应用于水泥基材料微观结构研究的计算机断层扫描技术的起源、原理及分类进行了综述。列举了X射线CT和同步辐射CT在研究水泥浆体微结构、水泥水化过程、内部裂缝发展、耐久性和颗粒形态学等领域的代表性研究成果。介绍了利用目前世界上分辨率最高的纳米CT研究水泥基材料过渡区结构的实例。最后提出了CT技术未来发展需要解决的问题,并对CT技术在水泥基材料微观结构研究中的应用前景进行了展望。
The origins, principles and classification of computed tomography (CT) techniques used in the microstructure research of cement-based materials are reviewed. The representative research results of X-ray CT and synchrotron radiation CT in the research of cement slurry microstructure, cement hydration process, internal crack development, durability and particle morphology are listed. An example of using the highest resolution nano-CT in the world to study the transition zone structure of cement-based materials is introduced. Finally, the problems to be solved in the future development of CT technology are put forward, and the prospect of application of CT technology in the microstructure research of cement-based materials is also prospected.
