目的:考察不同采收季节对蒲公英有效成分绿原酸含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定春、夏、秋3个季节采撷的蒲公英中绿原酸的含量。结果:春、秋两季采撷的蒲公英含绿原酸的量远高于夏季采撷的蒲公英。结论:夏季(7~8月)不可采撷药用蒲公英。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different harvesting seasons on the content of chlorogenic acid in the active ingredient of dandelion. Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid in dandelion collected from spring, summer and autumn were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The amount of chlorogenic acid in dandelion collected in spring and autumn was much higher than that of summer collected dandelion. Conclusion: Summer (July to August) can not pick medicinal dandelion.
