目的探讨维生素D缺乏与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的相关性。方法选取2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者46例作为观察组,2型糖尿病患者40例作为对照组,测定并比较2组相关生化指标,分析维生素D缺乏的具体影响。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖高于对照组,β细胞功能指数、血清25(OH)D3低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹胰岛素比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺乏维生素D是2型糖尿病合并冠心病的重要表现。 Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease. Methods Forty-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group and 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the control group. The biochemical indexes of the two groups were measured and compared, and the specific effects of vitamin D deficiency were analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose in observation group was higher than that in control group at 2h after meal, and the β-cell function index and serum 25 (OH) D3 were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Insulin resistance index and fasting insulin in two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The lack of vitamin D is an important manifestation of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease.
