将单一自动发电控制(AGC)的控制区划分为多个控制区域,并提出一种基于多区域的AGC多目标协调控制方法。主控制区负责控制全网的区域控制偏差(ACE),各分控制区负责控制其对外联络线构成的稳定断面,并在紧急情况下协助主控制区控制全网的ACE。该方法可方便地实现全网多目标的协调控制,有利于保证电网的安全和优质运行。在河南电网的实际应用表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The control area of single AGC is divided into multiple control areas and a multi-area AGC multi-objective coordinated control method is proposed. The main control area is responsible for controlling the entire network of regional control deviation (ACE), each sub-control area is responsible for controlling the stability of its external links constitute a cross-section, and in an emergency to assist the main control area to control the entire network ACE. The method can conveniently realize the coordinated control of multiple targets across the network, which is conducive to ensuring the safety and high-quality operation of the power grid. The practical application in Henan Power Grid shows the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
