研究了氮气和稀土对A356.2铝合金的作用,结果表明;氮气除气不仅能使稀土的形状由块状变为细小的颗粒状,而且能除去铝合金熔体中的夹杂物,从而净化铝液。由于稀土的存在,使α(Al)相向等轴晶的方向发展。
The effects of nitrogen and rare earth on A356.2 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that nitrogen degassing can not only change the shape of rare earth into fine particles, but also remove inclusions in aluminum alloy melt to purify Liquid aluminum. Due to the presence of rare earths, α (Al) is developed in the direction of equiaxed grains.
