本文采用乙二醇和硬脂酸在酸性催化剂的作用下制备了乙二醇硬脂酸酯珠光剂,并通过熔点、酯化率和红外光谱表征了产品的结构。探讨了实施方法、催化剂的种类以及减压法的控制等条件对合成的影响。结果表明:以对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,减压法反应温度低,酯化率高。同时在氮气保护下分段减压法的控制更优化,可以得到纯白色的产品。
Ethylene glycol and stearic acid were used to prepare ethylene glycol stearin pearlescent agent under the action of acidic catalyst. The structure of the product was characterized by melting point, esterification rate and infrared spectrum. The effects of the implementation method, the type of catalyst and the control of decompression method on the synthesis were discussed. The results showed that the reaction temperature was low and the esterification rate was high with p-toluenesulfonic acid as the catalyst. At the same time under the protection of nitrogen sub-decompression control more optimized, you can get pure white products.
