为探讨栽培和生态因素对优质稻稻米垩白的影响,1996~1998 年在长沙和临澧开展了优质食用稻栽培技术体系的多项试验。结果表明:各项栽培技术和生态因素均对稻米垩白有一定的影响,尤以土壤条件、硫钙镁等中微量元素以及化学调控剂等效果较为明显。早稻在灰泥田和紫潮泥田种植,稻米垩白度较小,晚稻则以黄泥田和灰泥田种植有利降低稻米垩白度;一定量的硫钙镁等中微量元素均有降低稻米垩白度的效果;化学调控剂效果明显,但对不同品种影响不一。
In order to explore the effect of cultivation and ecological factors on the chalky grain quality of high-quality rice rice, a number of experiments were carried out in Changsha and Linli from 1996 to 1998 on the technical system of high-quality edible rice cultivation. The results showed that all the cultivation techniques and ecological factors had a certain impact on the chalky rice, especially the soil conditions, trace elements such as calcium, magnesium and other chemical regulators. The early rice was planted in the stucco and purple tidal muddy fields with a small chalkiness degree, while the late rice with the yellow paddy field and the stucco planting was beneficial to reduce the chalkiness of the rice. A certain amount of trace elements such as sulfur, calcium, and magnesium reduced the chalkiness of the rice Effect; chemical control agent effect is obvious, but different varieties have different effects.
