所谓医疗市场,是指医患之间按商品交换形式来反映其自身价值规律而形成的特殊商品和特殊交换场所。它虽属上层建筑范畴,带有鲜明的社会福利性质;但也属第三产业,具有商品属性。在社会主义市场经济条件下,医疗市场的客观存在已得到理论界和社会的广泛认同。有市场必然就有竞争,但就其医疗服务的特殊性、双重性而言,医疗市场不能象商品市场那样进行自由竞争。所以,如何规范医疗市场不正当竞争行为,引导医疗市场的健康发展是当前值得研究和解决的新课题。笔者通
The so-called medical market refers to special products and special exchange places formed between doctors and patients in the form of commodity exchange to reflect their own value laws. Although it belongs to the category of superstructure, it has a distinct nature of social welfare; but it is also a tertiary industry and has the attributes of commodities. Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, the objective existence of the medical market has been widely recognized by the theoretical community and society. There is bound to be competition in the market, but in terms of the specificity and duality of its medical services, the medical market cannot compete freely like the commodity market. Therefore, how to standardize unfair competition in the medical market and guide the healthy development of the medical market is a new topic worthy of study and solution. The author
