中国航天事业奠基人之一、中国科学院院士、国际宇航科学院院士梁思礼于2016年4月14日10时52分在北京逝世,享年91岁。中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平为此亲发唁电,对梁思礼同志逝世深表哀悼。习近平在唁电中说,新中国成立之初,梁思礼同志毅然归国,为发展我国航天事业鞠躬尽瘁,并做出了重要贡献,他的爱国情怀、奉献精神和严谨作风令人敬仰。本文为梁老在世时《中国科学报》所刊发的人物专稿,本刊特予转载以飨读者。
Liang Si Li, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a member of the International Academy of Astronautics, one of the founders of China’s aerospace industry, passed away in Beijing at 10:52 on April 14, 2016, at the age of 91. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, chairman of the State Council and chairman of the Central Military Commission, sent a telegram to this end expressing deep condolences on the death of Comrade Liang Sili. Xi Jinping said in his telegram that at the beginning of the founding of new China, Comrade Liang Sili decided to return home and did his utmost to develop China’s space industry and made important contributions.
