本文报告57例直肠癌用5－Fu和顺钻检钠肛，Lw型直肠温热治疗仪加热行直肠内温热化疗，治疗温度42～43℃。结果未能切除的晚期肿瘤病人平均生存12．7月，肿瘤切除组病理组织学光镜及电镜观察均见热化疗后癌细胞变性、坏死增生抑制，多种亚细胞结构受损。作者结合文献对治疗原理及疗效作了分析讨论。 This article reports 57 cases of rectal cancer with 5-Fu and cis-diagnostic sodium anal, Lw rectal heat treatment instrument heated rectal warm chemotherapy, treatment temperature 42 ~ 43 °C. RESULTS: The average survival time of patients with unresectable advanced tumors was 12.7 months. Histopathological light and electron microscopy observations of tumor resection group showed degeneration and necrosis of cancer cells after thermochemotherapy, and various subcellular structures were impaired. The author combined the literature to analyze the treatment principles and efficacy.
