杂交水稻早造早播的适宜界限从生理上讲,要根据秧苗生长的最低温度来确定。为了探索杂交水稻幼苗在低温下的生长情况,我们于1976年早造作了测定。其结果说明:当气温在10℃的低温条件下,南优二号的淀粉酶活性比珍珠矮11号低,当在15℃以上时,南优二号的淀粉酶刚显著高于珍珠矮1l号;且在低温的条件下,南优二号幼苗生长没有表现优势,每株株高、根长和干根重都不及珍珠矮11号,出苗期和三叶期也相
