用一定量盐酸中和不同量醋酸钠，以溴酚蓝为指示剂，分光光度法（５９２，４４２ｎｍ）测定复方制剂中醋酸钠含量。比较了浓度对单波长值（Ａ）、双波长值（Ｙ）直接线性回归及两者的类似ｌｏｇｉｔ变换线性拟合回归的效果。结果表明，变换拟合回归效果满意，醋酸钠在处方量±１５％范围内有较好的回收率（Ａ＿（５９２）法：９９．５４％±０．３４％；Ｙ法：１００．０９％±０．４０５％），尤以单波长法为简单。处方中其它组分对测定影响小。
