哭泣性癫痫较少见,现将我院收治的2例报道如下: 患者,男,27岁,半年前无明显原因出现哭泣,呼之不应,约3~5分钟后停止,随之清醒。无抽搐,不能控制,可连续几天发作,亦可几天不发作。无癫痫家族史。查体:一般情况好,神经系统正常。脑电:双侧σ波,日波尖波。用卡马西平后20天后发作停止,随访三个月无发作。 患者,男,38岁,因发作性哭泣五年,伴阵发性抽搐,1周入院。患者五年前无明显原因出现发作性哭泣。每次持续数秒不等,日发作3~4次,有时出现尿失禁,每次发作后能自行缓解。神经系统检查未见异常,头部CT未见异常,脑电,界限性脑电图。

Five years ago, there was no apparent cause for episodic crying. Each lasted several seconds ranging from 3 to 4 episodes, sometimes urinary incontinence, after each episode of self-remission. No abnormal neurological examination, head CT abnormalities, EEG, borderline EEG.
