在庆祝人民空军成立60周年之际,为进一步推动深入学习实践科学发展观活动,全面贯彻落实新修订的《军队基层建设纲要》,在新的起点上推进空军部队建设科学发展,空军党委召开了第三批深入学习实践科学发展观活动暨基层建设工作会议,总结经验,表彰先进,宣扬典型,研究提出了许多新的举措。
In celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Air Force, in order to further promote the study and practice of the scientific concept of development, the comprehensive implementation of the newly revised “Outline for Army Grassroots Construction” and the promotion of the scientific development of Air Force units at a new starting point were held. The third batch of in-depth study and practice of scientific concept of development activities and grass-roots construction work conference, sum up experience, commend advanced, to promote the typical research proposed many new initiatives.
